This week, Kites enjoyed a session of Active R.E in which they learnt about The Holy Trinity and how we can be a Creator, a Saviour and a Helper in our own lives.
The children were asked to create a game in 2 minutes using a hoop, some tennis balls, some comes and some bibs! All of the games were different and imaginative and the groups worked well together.
The children were given a choice to save a child or save themselves during a game of cone throwing.
And finally, the children paired up and had to guide their blindfolded partners through a minefield of cones using only their voice.
So when you talk to your child about R.E ask them who the Creator, the Saviour and the Helper are and how they can be a creator, a saviour or a helper in their own lives.
